Refunds and Return Policy
Returns are generally only permitted in the case of proven defective products. In order to receive a refund, you must first submit a return authorization request detailing your issues with the product. Our customer service will then contact you with suggestions, and if your return is approved, will issue you an authorization with an RMA number. 
Refunds are issued at our sole discretion and are contingent upon the return of the defective product. You will be refunded the cost of the product minus shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee. Any shipping cost you incur to return the product to us will not be refunded.
